South Coast Oysters are produced by environmentally aware oyster farmers committed to producing the best oysters in the world, under the management of the world’s most environmentally sustainable oyster industry.

The Shoalhaven and Crookhaven rivers produce both Sydney Rock Oysters and Pacific Oysters. Both are best consumed when freshly shucked and in a spawning state.

Oysters farmers in these estuaries operate under internationally recognised environmental management systems, ensuring pristine aquatic environments for growing oysters to the highest levels of quality and taste.

Compared with oysters I have eaten in Ireland, London, West Australia and South Australia these oysters are the best.

Locals refer to them as the “Rolls Royce of Oysters”. We agree, and so does everyone lucky enough to taste them.
